Frequently asked questions

Why does the L6Pro-T have an SFP port?

Long pole runs often exceed copper's 100 m limit, so the L6Pro-T accepts a gigabit SFP module and takes fiber directly — no separate media converter in a box at the pole. The RJ45 port remains for copper-fed installs.

What is the difference between the L6Pro-T and L6-T?

Both are AX3000 outdoor units rated -30 to +65 °C. The L6Pro-T adds IP68 sealing (vs IP65), an SFP fiber port, a 512-client rating, and surge protection for exposed pole mounts; the L6-T is the lighter, lower-cost option for sheltered outdoor spots.
