About warehouse connectivity solutions
A warehouse is a hostile environment for wireless: tall metal racking reflects and blocks signal, aisles change as stock moves, and coverage has to reach handheld scanners, forklift terminals, and the yard outside. Distances also routinely exceed the 100 m copper limit between the office and the far end of the floor.
This solution combines access points placed for aisle and rack coverage, fibre or wireless bridge links to span long runs, and PoE switching for cameras and access points. Where conditions are dusty or unheated, industrial-rated switching is used instead of commercial hardware.
Coverage is validated against how the racking is actually laid out, because a plan drawn on an empty floor rarely survives contact with full pallet racking.

2. Site survey
Cable routes, rack and cabinet locations, environmental conditions, and existing infrastructure are confirmed — on site or from your drawings.
3. BOQ & quotation
A line-by-line bill of quantities with stock status, priced within 24 working hours, with alternatives suggested for anything out of stock.
4. Installation
Hardware is dispatched with GST invoice and e-way bill. Installation is handled by your team or your integrator; we supply the equipment and documentation.
5. Configuration
VLANs, uplinks, PoE budgets, SSIDs, and management are configured to the plan agreed at the planning stage. Configuration support is available on request.
6. Testing
Links, power delivery, roaming, and throughput are verified against the design before handover, so issues surface before the network goes live.
7. Support
A named point of contact for stock, RMA, and replacements under the standard manufacturer warranty, serviced in India by Lizora Infotech.
